In Consultation with you I will create a menu to suit your taste, and the theme of your choice.

Whether you are planning an intimate dinner or a large function, allow me to style your menu.

• Meeting or Discussing with the client prior to the function to discuss their requirements, budget, menu and taste styles
• Checking the cooking facilities and equipment at the venue (I provide my own pots, pans, kitchen smalls etc)
• For set menus, I have my own elegant starter, main and dessert plates.
• For cocktail parties and buffet menus I have stylish platters, shooter glasses, small bowls, Chinese spoons etc.
• Sonje will arrange any Hiring, Decor, Bar or Staffing requirements.
• Wedding and Event Coordination.
